About Tara

With over 25 years of experience and expertise in delivering results and award-winning solutions in organizational change, team development, as well as leadership and executive development, Tara Gray partners with organizations, teams, and leaders to be better and achieve greater results.

During her career, Tara led organization development, organizational change, team development, as well as talent development, including leadership and executive development, efforts in multiple organizations spanning different sectors and industries across the globe including Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Chevron, Shell, Texas A&M University, and Rice University.

She has a talent for helping organizations, teams, executives, and leaders gain clarity in their strengths and improvement opportunities, help them realize their greater potential, and be better. 

 

In addition to her experience as a leader and in organization, team, as well as leadership and executive development, she holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in the field, is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach (PCC level), Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC), and certified PROSCI Change Management practitioner, as well as certified in multiple leadership, executive, and team development assessments. 

Her other passion is spending time with her husband of over 30 years, especially exploring and hiking in the Western United States, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah.
