Meet Tara
Founder
With over 25 years delivering results in organization development and change, team development, as well as leadership and executive development, Tara partners with clients to be better—gain clarity in and realize their greater potential, be more effective, and achieve greater results.
During her career, Tara led organization development, organizational change, team development, as well as talent development, including leadership and executive development, efforts in multiple organizations spanning different sectors and industries across the globe including Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Chevron, Shell, Texas A&M University, and Rice University.
Her experience includes leading departments that have spanned just about all stages or types of organizations, as well as educating and coaching executives on establishing, leading, and managing their organization effectively, regardless of the organization’s stage.
In addition to her experience as a leader and in organization, team, as well as leadership and executive development, she holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in the field, is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach (PCC level), Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC), and certified PROSCI Change Management practitioner, as well as certified in multiple leadership, executive, and team development assessments.
Her other passion is spending time with her husband of over 30 years, especially exploring and hiking in the Western United States, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah.
